Shipping & Returns

Your order leaves our warehouse 1-5 business days after it is placed. We ship via UPS and the rate that is selected at checkout, which may take 5-10 business days for delivery. Please note that these times are for domestic orders only. International orders are processed expediently, but may take longer for delivery due to customs delayswhich are beyond our control. ALL ORDERS PLACED ON FRIDAY WILL BE PROCESSED FOR SHIPMENT THE FOLLOWING MONDAY (EXCLUDING MONDAY HOLIDAYS, IN WHICH CASE ORDERS WILL BE PROCESSED THE FOLLOWING TUESDAY). Once any portion of an order has been shipped from Warmquests’ facility in Murray, Utah, the entire sale is considered complete and final. In the event the Buyer decides to return any Product to Radiantshop for a refund or for exchange, it is agreed that a twenty percent (20%) restocking fee will be charged based on the price that Buyer paid for the returned Product.
